a short note from me :)

Perhaps it comes from spending the last 17 years documenting the human experience of love through photography, or from nearly two decades of marriage myself. Either way, when a wedding day arrives, I find myself completely immersed in the emotion of it all — the quiet anticipation, the joyful chaos, the fleeting moments that become part of a family’s story forever.

Because of that, I take on only a handful of weddings each year, choosing couples who see photography not simply as documentation, but as art — something that will live on their walls, in their hands, and in the memories for generations to come.

My goal is to move through your day with an effortless presence, allowing you to be fully present with the people you love, while I preserve the moments as they naturally unfold. The result is a collection of images that feel honest, timeless, and deeply personal — the most meaningful thing you’ll take with you at the end of the day, just after your spouse.

Sweet words....

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Erin. From the very beginning, she was so easy to work with — calm, supportive, and effortlessly kind. She has this quiet, grounding presence that makes you feel so comfortable you almost forget the camera is there — and somehow those end up being the most beautiful moments.

We were lucky enough to work with her for both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, and that made the experience even more special. She flew out to Colorado for our engagement session and met us in the mountains where we live, which made everything feel so personal. It felt like she stepped into our world and captured it exactly as it is — home, love, and all.

She doesn’t just take pictures; she captures feelings. When we look at our gallery, we don’t just see how the day looked — we feel exactly how it felt. The joy, the emotion, the love, the in-between moments — all of it. That is such a gift, and we’ll treasure these photos forever.

If you’re looking for someone who will not only document your day but truly understand it, she is it.

Depth & Attention

In celebration of our 10th wedding anniversary, we flew Erin to Utah to photograph our vow renewal in Zion National Park. Her ability to connect with our family was a soulful experience. Seldom will you find someone who seeks to embrace the people and the process with such depth and attention to detail. Erin is masterful in the art of storytelling, and her vision is unparalleled. We're so very grateful for the images we know only she could produce, and can't wait to plan our next travel session.

A detailed review....

Grab a cup of coffee ....

Working with Erin is an experience that is like no other. From the moment that I first saw her work, even before I met my husband, I knew in my heart that I just had to have her capture my wedding. What stood out to me most was her authenticity as an artist and how she so effortlessly captured light and raw emotion. From the first time we met at our engagement shoot I was amazed by how humble she was about her work and by how easily our session flowed! Right from the beginning she helped us feel at home in front of her camera. She made us laugh, sparked conversation, and encouraged us to be our natural selves. We felt so comfortable right from the start! Even when it started to pour rain from the heavens, Erin excitedly continued to capture some of the best moments from our session. My fiancé drove home with a smile on his face and admitted that he had so much fun! We were amazed again when we saw the photos for the first time. Not only are the photos breathtakingly beautiful, but when I look at them I can remember the warmth of my fiancé’s hand in mine, his laugh as we ran through the fields together, the kind words he gently whispered in my ear, and the warm rain that soaked us in the end! Each photo is memory. Fast forward to our 2020 covid wedding. Erin so willingly came to capture our micro wedding in the backyard of my family home. She actually came a few days earlier and helped us choose the best site for that glowy afternoon light. She talked me through the whole day, helped me with my timeline and made sure I didn’t forget any important details. On the day of the wedding, Erin arrived early to capture the details. She helped me stay on track with time and made sure that everything went smoothly—something I will be forever grateful for. She went above and beyond as a photographer for me through this experience. I admit that I had low expectations for my last-minute backyard wedding ceremony, but with Erin’s help and reassurance, the whole day was a dream! And the photos... she captured every detail, every ounce of passion, and the most amazing memories for my husband and I. These photos are proudly hanging on my walls and I am so thankful that we will have them for years to come! Whenever I want to relive that day, I go back to the photos and each time I feel giddy with every emotion that floods my body. Nearly a year later, I am still receiving compliments on my wedding photos and my response is always the same- I give all credit to Erin! I can’t recommend her enough. From beginning to end she is professional, humble, and incredibly talented. Getting the opportunity of having her capture your memories is a gift and an experience that will be nothing short of creating magic.
